We want you to love your LUME mask. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund

How to return
Email us at Bjornhoving95@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
